Okay, simple ( maybe simple ) blinker question What if I wanted multiple l.e.d. flush mount blinkers in different spots is it possible to just splice the positive leads on the wires and make this happen ? Thanks, ~D~

Re: Okay, simple ( maybe simple ) blinker question sorry don't know enough about electronics to tell you whats going to happen if you do that... Welcome to the .org though

Re: Okay, simple ( maybe simple ) blinker question you can splice into the wires and get power to multiple sources off it. I would attach a longer wire onto the stock positive wire lead and splice off that so you don't mess up the stock one.

Re: Okay, simple ( maybe simple ) blinker question you're wanting to run more than one blinker at a time on each side?

Re: Okay, simple ( maybe simple ) blinker question Yeah 4 in the front, and 4 in the back. All L.E.D. flush mounts. Hey, it's just an idea I have no idea if it will follow through. But thanks for the advice !

Re: Okay, simple ( maybe simple ) blinker question It should be. In addition to my front turn signals, I put bulbs in and made brow lights (upper corners of the headlights...there's lights in there in the Euro models, I think). Anyway, I made a second set of blinkers there by wiring the bulbs into the blinker wires, pos and neg.

Re: Okay, simple ( maybe simple ) blinker question Kool, yeah that was the plan to make the blinkers in the headlights some way. And it's sad that I'll have to make my " integrated " tailight an " integrated " tailight on my own because the blinkers in it broke so I'll just have to put my own. Pics will come up ASAP.

Re: Okay, simple ( maybe simple ) blinker question It maybe will work, but in electronics terms if you use that same front wire and splice 2 onto it, you should cut the resistance in half. If you do it and it doesn't work just add some resistors to each blinker to get the resistance back where it should be for each blinker A multi-meter is very helpfull for this

Re: Okay, simple ( maybe simple ) blinker question Your def gonna need resistors if you run all led blinkers. They have no resistance and when you turn them on they will stay solid and not blink. You will need to put a resistor in for each side, you can put them front or back it doesnt matter.
