I'm not completely sure what you're asking. you want more power for $400 or less?

either way ditching that D&D will probably get you a little power. and on the plus side the bike will sound better.

Less even if you have a full exhaust.
You can also drop a tooth in the front and add one in the back to help with that off the line rush

Re: good horsepower increase 400.00

From what I hear a PCIII and a D&D slip-on is good for about 3-4hp. You can almost count on spending at least $100 for every hp. Full system and PCIII will be anywhere from $1000 to $1500 depending on the system and will get you anywhere from 7-15hp and 15 would be really lucky.

But don't let that discourage you lol. A good tune will make more power available at all times.

Re: good horsepower increase 400.00

Velocity stacks and power commander, but for every mod you do you usually only get 2-4 HP. For the best seat of the pants feel lower your front sprocket one.

For the most HP "effect." The others are probably right about the 520 conversion and changed gearing.

I raced cars back in the day . I know what you mean but a 20 shot of NOS will not hurt a stock motor
