does my f4i gas tank have a vent?

my gas tank makes an awlful spewing sound when i open it and dents are forming in the corners near the back of the tank, where the metal kinda pinches together, and they get worse when i leave the tank closed over night or in the sun or somthing, and they dont get worse when i leave the lid open

so i was wondering if theres a vent on the bottom or the lid is the vent, either way i gota do somthing the dents are almost cracking the paint

hope these help, I don't think the pressure reg alone would do this but here is a pic of where it is anyway

Good I hope they help you out. if you need some more help just let me know.
if I'm not mistaken the line runs down below the engine and can be seen hanging if you take off the fairings.
