Stock tire size on a 1991 F2 ?

Looking for the stock rear tire size. I am shopping around for a new tire and the prices i have got so far seem to be high. I am not sure what performance level these tires were at (i believe pretty hight) but i was quoted 3 different tires that ranged from $180-210. that was just for the tire. I was hoping for something more reasonable. Is there a good tire for a begining rider? i am not going to spend top dollar for a tire i wont come close to using to it's potential.

you should have a 120/60-17 front and a 160/60-17 rear tire. Search for Shinko tires, great cheap tires especially if your just learning or tooling around town. The 160/60-17 can be as low as $91 from what I've seen, thats for the advance radial.

Maxxis also makes so good all around tires that you can get for just a little over $100. best thing to do is go around to a few manufactuer website and look at what tire you think will suit you best. they give good break downs on who the tire is made for. you know what type of rider you are. once you decide on a few models call around for prices. give them the model and size and wait for a price. don't ask for their oppinion.
