| Replacement Battery Hey guys and gals...it's your good ole buddy Spoons again...
Was looking into a replacement battery. Called the wonderful dealer again and was told $140.49 for a Honda OEM replacement battery. I checked on the internet and found some others by Koyo, or Yuasa....duno if anyone had any experience with aftermarket batteries and whether or not they were any good or not. Thought i'd check with the panel, before I unloaded double what I could get one of those for. Best fit price was somewhere around that of...$69.
Thanks again guys.

| Re: Replacement Battery I have had success with yuasa, I got a walmart battery for my last bike and it lasted 2.5 years, so I don't think it really matters. |

| Re: Replacement Battery I looked...*not very hard i'll say* and couldn't find a ytz10s replacement battery at walmart. Maybe my walmart just didn't have one. All the one's they had for bikes appeared to be too big. Never a bad shot though. You wouldn't lose any performance out of that would you??

| Re: Replacement Battery I tried finding a replacement for my 929 at walmart once, they didn't have it in the computer so I physicaly matched up one they had for size and terminal location and then check against amperage. Turns out they had one. It needed charged overnight so I didn't get it then. My friend ended up getting a Honda replacement for me at $150 The Walmart was onlt like $50. |
