What are the torque wrench specs for a 2007 (or 06, 05, 04) Honda CBR600RR for the rear brake disc hex bolts?

Can't help you with a 600RR but the torque for a 929 is 31 lbf/ft.

Kidder, are you talking about the bolts that hold the rear rotor to the wheel, if so they are also 31 lbf/ft. And that is on a 03 600RR.
