| The F4i is gone. After 3 years with my 01 F4i I finally decided to get rid of it. It was the last time that I would not start for some reason or another. I loved that bike but it had to go.
I now have an 07 Kawi ZX R6 (Red). Very nice bike. I would have gotten a 600RR but they are too expensive, for good reason though. It is the better bike this year out of the 600cc bikes, hands down.
I will still be lurking the boards here. Hopefully I can help other F4i owners with any questions about their bike.
Also, I will be selling my Power Commander and carbon fiber Akrapovic slip-on(that I just got not to long ago) so if anyone is interested in either one I will post these items in the Marketplace section.

I should be able to pick it up early this week. Hadn't thought about a price yet but $200 (shipping on you) seems fair...
Again, I don't have it in hand yet, but let me know what you think.
Oh, yeah, it'll work for an '02, but please varify that on Welcome to Power Commander EX and Power Commander III USB |

It actually would not start because of an electrical problem that was a result of water getting into a connect (or two) as a result a the bike getting caught in a thunderstorm. I was able to get home without incident but when I went to start up my bike the next morning that is when it did not start. I later discovered that there was a blown pin on that one big grey connector that is under the left air duct cover.
Plus I wouldn't try to sell anyone anything that I thought could mess their bike up. That is why I still have some aftermarket, chrome break and clutch levers that are still sitting in my closet waiting to be thrown away. |
