89 CBR600F Front End Noise

I have an 89 CBR600F that i purchased used and in phenomenal condition in fall of last year.

The bike runs fantastically, but as of late, I have been hearing a muffled metal on metal rolling sound coming from the front end upon take off (it may be going on the whole time, but it's not as loud or recognizable at moderate speeds). Sounds like it could be a wheel bearing or something like that, but my limited knowledge of motorcycle front ends leaves me unsure, any ideas.

Sounds like either the wheel bearing or brake pads rubbing.
