Re: sliders

There is so little fairing left on the new RR's that it shouldn't be to much of a problem finding some place to put them

Re: sliders

06 still has most everything covered that is solid enough to support them.

Re: sliders

Search and you will find.....eBay Motors: T-Rex 03-06 Honda 600RR CBR600RR Frame Sliders NO CUT (item 140125573050 end time Aug-03-07 12:51:53 PDT)
May I add that the CUT sliders have been proven to be better in crash protection than the NO-CUT sliders on most applications.

Re: sliders

I spoke with an individual once that said no-cut frame sliders totalled his bike in a 10 mph low side. The L-bracket bent and damaged his frame.

There are some no-cuts that have better support than an L-bracket. Muzzy's ZX-10R no-cuts have support on both sides of the slider. SATO has no cuts for 1KRR that appear to be better than an L-bracket.

Re: sliders

Here are some that only require a 28mm hole. Just large enough for the base. Not a hole with the entire slider poking through. They have a solid mounting location. They don't use a cheesy bracket either.
