The lambada censer is a spot for burning tapes of really crappy music:
Lambada
censer

I'd say get one with a lambada censer because there will always be terrible music to burn.

On a serious note, if you want a new exhaust, one with a lambda sensor would be preferable. Sure, you can fool the ECU, but the oxygen sensors help the engine run correctly as they're part of a feedback loop controlling your air/fuel mixture.

Your lambda sensor is pretty vital to proper fuel delivery. It isn't like the HTEV system on the bigger bikes. You don't want to try to cut it out of the system. It is a part of your bike, not the exhaust system. On the exhaust system you just need a bung (threaded insert) to screw the sensor into. Most of the new aftermarket exhausts come with the necessary bung for the sensor, some even come with two. This is due to the number of people adding things like wideband commanders, air/fuel meters, etc. The good news is that even if the exhaust you want doesn't come with the bung already installed you can buy one for about $15 that any reputable exhaust or welding shop can weld into your system for just a few dollars.

Edit: Check the website that cyclone posted. There isn't any reason for me to re-write anything about the actual sensor itself because that site has more than you will ever need to know.
