Still new to motorcycle repairs and I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how to make sure my chain and sprocket are running perfectly true with one another.

I just replaced the rear wheel bearings and seals and in doing so, had to remove the wheel, obviously, so when i put the wheel back on i pretty much just sighted it using the wheel and swingarm.

I'm getting a little chatter from that area and I'm thinking it's not perfectly true.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

I use my eyesite. I line up the outside top edge of the chain and look forward twards the countershaft sproket. You can easily see any misalignment if it is presant. There are other more technical ways, but they are not any better.
