OK what did I do????

Long story short, I'm repainting my subframe on a 94CBR 600F2, all wiring is hanging loose, including the rectifier. The tail lights, turn sigs and head light are disconected. Earlier in the day I put the battery in to move it and everything was fine, started right up. I then took the battery out so I could do some sanding on the subframe, then when I was finishing up for the night I again put the battery back in and connected it but this time there was a small spark ( yes I had red on + and black on - ) after this happened , nothing!!! turn ignition on and no dash lights no nothing. Just like there was no battery hooked up. I checked the fuses up buy the right fork but nothing is blown, is there another fuse anywhere????

thanks
