Can't set clock

I have an 03 CBR 600RR and I have set the clock before by holding the adj and reset buttons down at the same time but for some reason now I hold them down and doesn't work. Has anyone had this problem ? if so how did you correct it ?

Thanks

Re: Can't set clock

If its like the F4i then the bike needs to be not running but the key to ON.
press and hold both buttons on the gauge cluster until the clock starts flashing. Pressing one will change the hour pressing the other will advance it to then minutes section. Can't remember what one does what though.

Re: Can't set clock

I have had the spacer underneath the rubber button come loose on mine. Take the dash out and shake it to see if there is something loose inside. It is very easy to get to the spacer and fit it back into place. Drove me crazy for a few months before I had to try something. An easy fix, if its the problem.

Re: Can't set clock

Hopefully you just forgot to connect the connectors back together. I had/have the same problem with my buttons.

Re: Can't set clock

Yeah it was the connector I didn't have it all the way on tight but after all that and put back together finally got it all done went for a ride and the damn button fell out again lol. At least I got the time set now so screw it I'm not goin through all that again but when I do I wonder if I should try to find a new piece or just super glue the damn thing on.
