| 99 F4 to 01-03 F4i hey guys and girls, just wondering if it is possible to put the dual seat from the 01-03 F4i on to a 99 F4, been thinking about modding it a little, seen a few posts saying the 01-03 subframe bolts straight on? is that true any help would be great cheers SXR01 | |

 | Re: 99 F4 to 01-03 F4i If i remember correctly i think it does, but i wouldn't hold me to that. I would get a second opinion. I know the 04+ F4i that has the banana seat can swap to the 01-03 subframes. |

| Re: 99 F4 to 01-03 F4i Yes, lots of people have done it, but to me its more money then its worth what you will need F4i subframe Tail fairing Seat Battery tray Fender - A after marker one that will include the tail lights and signals with all the wiring in one neat little package. Or get with the stock, and make sure you have the tail light and a set of signals and a plate mount. -Passenger foot pegs and mounts. They are different and the ones from your F4 will not fit. So make sure you get them with your Sub frame. -Slip-on. Because the passenger pegs are in a little different spot your stock pipe will not line up to the mount location. If you have a aftermarket pipe that allows you to move the hanger mount location your in luck -Blots, there are about, 14 blots of different size and shape that you will need. there is a good write up CLICK HERE depending on how cheap you get the parts most people spend at least $500 or more, but then you can sell your stock parts and get some of the money back |
