Bike won't Start ... Help !!!

Of Course i checked the obvious:

* Have a Full Tank of Gas
* Fuel Pump turns on
* Have Spark
* Starter Works (Cranks)

I took my bike to a Paint shop, got the plastics painted. They Bike sat for a little over a month. I tried starting it ... No luck. I tried using Starting Fluid, i get a little kick, more like a Pop; But still No luck of it starting. I drained the Carbs, there was definitely bad gas in the carbs (Fuel had little blobs of gunk and also the color of the gas was yellow instead of clear). I'm really not too sure what it could be. I also replaced the Main Fairing Stay... Made sure to double check all the connections. Any Idea why it would crank but not start ?

If you saw '"gunk" in the fuel that was drained from the float bowls, the jets may be clogged. I would suggest a complete carb cleaning.
