| WONT REACH OPERATING TEMP HEY, I GOT A '01 F4I. IT WONT REACH OPERATING TEMP AND IT STALLS OUT WITHING 15 SECONDS. I REPLACED THE PLUGS CAUSE THEY WERE FOULED AND I REPLACED THE TEMP SENSOR IN IT... STILL NOTHING... I NEED HELP CAUSE IM ABOUT TO WALK IT INTO THE RIVER |

| Re: WONT REACH OPERATING TEMP hows the coolant levels, when it stalls will it start back up, or does it just stall every 15 seconds. because if it just stalls every 15 seconds you'll never make operating temp. so determine the root of the problem first,
stalling
check air filter
fuel filter
fuel pump
bad fuel?
inside of gas tank rusty?
carbs dirty
possible rejetting needed
carbs sync good? |
