Oil change info needed on 04 600RR

I need to know how many quarts of oil a 04 600RR takes. Which Honda filter to use and does the filter require a torque spec like the 929 does? I'm getting this info for a younger rider I work with, all help is much appreciated.

I'm trying to help out one of the guys I work with. We are both in the US Air Force. . This is part of the older riders mentoring the younger riders.....can some one please help me out with this?

3.1 quarts of oil with filter change. Oil drain bolt=22lb.ft Oil filter=20lb.ft

Yeah, tell me to bring the bike in and try and hope I'm stupid enough to pay them to change oil and filter. I do as much bike maintenance as I can for myself and I mentor junior riders to do the same. Most of the younger guys don't have blank checks to give to a dealership. Besides, the nearest Honda dealership is over 50 miles away from where we live. I don't want to hear dealership service bullshit so that's why I don't call them.
