cbr 600 f2 won't start

hello.i recently took my engine out to replace worn dogs and cogs.after putting it back,the bike won't start.fuel is comming threw,got spark.the engine turns over.don't know if spark is strong enough.

Anyone have any clue what could have gone wrong?
