Mirro bracket? Where to purchase?

MirroR, ahh where'd my R go?A pirate must have stolen my RRRRRRRrrrrrrrrr

Anyway,I need the bracket for the right mirror. The part the mirror slides into for a 96 CBR600 F3. The rounded part is splot in half. I have no idea how it happened. I rode the other day and noticed my mirror was loose. Took it off and the part that holds the mirror in is broken. JB Weld wouldn't even fix it, and it fixes everything. I would just like to find a replacement for it. eBay was no luck. I have Googled with no luck either. Thanks for any help or advice.

I'm not sure if it's the same either. Is it possible for you to take a picture of it. Maybe I can eye ball compare the 2. It wouldn't take long to get here as I'm in Oklahoma.

Re: Mirro bracket? Where to purchase?

ill take a pic of whats on the bike tonight and try to get it up for you. The one i would send you is about 2 hours away(its in columbia, im in st louis) so you might have to wait a bit if you want it. Id mail it to you free if you just cover the shipping though, its just sitting on the shelf.

That would be awesome. The mirror still works, it's just not on like it should be. So as soon as you can, send and we'll go from there. Thanks

That's SO weird. I was riding down the street the other day on my '96 and the left mirror just fell off and hit me in the hand. Went back for it and sure enough the round peg that goes into the bracket was broken in half. I need the same part if you find it, though I'm just thinking maybe I can get it out (it looks to be spot welded to the mirror's arm... and replace it with a bolt? I didn't bother to check if the arm is steel or not, but I bet JB weld will work for that if we can't weld 'em...
