bike is F**ked

I almost had my 01 CBR600f4i stolen last thursday they cut the ignition switch wires then realized there was a brake lock. Anyway I thought it wouldnt be a big deal so I reconected the wires since they were color coded and turned the key to on and nothing is comming on. I checked all the fuses and the bat (13.1v) and all is good but nothing.....could it be they fried the ECU since there is a resister in the ignition switch that sends a low volt signal back to the ECU and they put 12v on that wire? Need help Im caged and it is killing me.

Re: bike is F**ked

May not be the same but I shorted the wiring at my ignition switch once and it blew a 30 amp fuse, not in the fuse box but at the starter solenoid on the right hand side about a foot below the seat. The fuse if it is there is under a cover. I found it by following the pos batt cable down until I found the starter solenoid. The fuse, like I said if it is the same will be there. also though it might be a good anti start anti theft idea. Good luck, glad you still have the bike.
