So I recently acquired this bike that had some minor repairs it needed. Last Saturday while taking a look at I hooked up the battery and then plugged the front fairing in. At that time I heard what I thought was the fuel pump coming on. Now that the necessary repairs are done and I get a battery hooked up and I dont hear the fuel pump anymore. Everything comes on the way it should but no fuel pump and obviously the bike does not start. I do hear what seems to be the CDI clicking now. I am not sure if that is a sign of the CDI being bad or what but I need some help to figure this one out.

i have the same problem wen i put the fuel pum direct to the battery work fine but wen iplugget to the bike ist dosent work

Check your killswitch housing for poor connections!
