| cbr. fuel injected or carburated?? Hi, my name is Paul I'm from Saskatchewan Canada and I'm new to the forum. Locally there are two cbr 600's for sale where I live. One is a 2000f4 and the other is a 2001 f4I. They are the same price but the f4I has about 7k more on it. I am just wondering which one I should go with. I heard honda Fuel injection sucks. Any imput? |

I say go with FI.
I find FI to be a lot more easier to work on (I hate working on carbs - on bikes that is).
What other information have you got about the bikes? You say the F4i has 7k more miles than the F4 - 7000 more than what?

Any imput? | I have an 99 F4 and don' get me wrong I love my bike, but in my opinion I would tell you to go for the F4I. I plan on getting away from a carb'ed bike when I buy my new one next year.
As for honda fuel injection sucking, the only thing I can say is just remember the 01 is the first year of fueled injected bikes manufactured by honda.
Which ever you decide to go with, you won't be disappointed! |
