CCT question on my 02 CBR 600

I have read and read posts and beginning to think I am expirencing the issue of a failing tensioner. But all the threads that I have been reading state that the noise is occuring after 5500 rpm, but in my case it is closer to 3500 rpms. Happens on and off the throttle also! Still need to replace my CCT?

Re: CCT question on my 02 CBR 600

Thats true! Im just trying to make myself feel better about buying one off ebay, lol. It has 10,000 miles on it. Im thinking about the manual one, hopefully itll solve the problem for awhile. Sorry to hear about your wreck man, have you been able to ride with a broke foot?
