F4i Vortex Clip-ons no lock to left

I know I've seen this discussed before but can't find any solution or work around.

I've got Pro-Tek clip-ons on my F4i and love them, never ran into this issue. I just picked up some Vortex clip-ons for my girlfriends F4i and so far the feel of them is great. I'm afraid I'm going to have to sell them if I can't figure out how to get everything in the right place so I can lock the steering to the left. Since I've put them on she's been locking it with the bars to the right, but that's not ideal. For the money, I'd rather sell them and get something that's built correct.

Last ditch hope, anyone find a solution? (Besides throwing a different master cylinder on)
