does anyone know about mwbbikewreckers.com.au ? they have cheap used parts. i want to order from them, but i need to know their credibility first.

oh, 1 more thing. anyone knows where i can get good (and cheap) parts in Bangkok? my old man is going there sometime soon, hopefully i can get him to buy me some parts from there.

They operate right near me.
Please dont take parts as i may need in the future!!. hahaha

I have never heard of them being bad, have to wait and see i guess.
They have a shop on ebay also.
NC29's in Sydney are very rare, my bike is pretty much one of 5 or so on the road in the Country.

I'm just in the process of replacing the chain and sprockets on my bike, due to a seizing link, and wanted to pass on the info of the deal I managed to get..

A DID X-Ring chain and sprocket set from Hunters Motorcycles on Ebay for £76.94, including free p&p..

These guys had the X-Ring chains cheaper than others were selling the O-Ring chains for...

The best place to go is Red Baron. Khun Vicrom is the owner and speaks good English. Though I won't describe his shop as cheap, the parts you get from him will be good quality.

Very much everything you can buy OEM, similar to David Sykes but some nice confirmation fiche/pics to go with it. Postage prices may put you off if you live in the UK, cheapest seems to be 13euro upto 1kg and they wont budge on that I've asked them, not good if you only want a 1euro bolt or something. Its based in the Netherlands.

But if you cant find it anywhere else well worth a try.

Not if you live in Indonesia like Solid does. Bangkok is one hell of a lot closer than the Netherlands.

I think in Solids instance it would have to be pretty special though. Remembering it is a general link to CBR spare parts and some of us cant have the luxury of living in such exotic places..

Does anyone know of places in the provinces of Thailand that have surplus CBR 400 parts?

It's all well and good with Bangkok, but I live in the provinces and it's a nightmare to get a bike in and out of Bangkok...

If you're looking for second-hand parts he is pretty good for that, too. Behind the shop he has an aircraft hanger full of parts for all kinds of bikes.

I live in Phuket, so I do understand what you're saying about getting the bike into town. Phuket just seems to be getting expensive for the cbr's now and the quality of parts isn't all that great the last time I looked. Koh Samui did seem to have quite a few bike shops though.
