| Re: Honda CBR150 Repsol That looks like the CBR125RR, maybe they finally realised people want more power??
Honestly they should stop producing 125s, stick to the 400s

| Re: Honda CBR150 Repsol Honestly it looks VERY VERY similar to the CBR125RR, maybe they just re-bored the engine to 150cc?
They still have the little bicycle tyres and an end can the size of two fizzy drinks cans put together!

| Re: Honda CBR150 Repsol Yep, we've got a lot of these 150s here in Thailand. They make them here under licence, too. Twin, this is the bike I thought Org owner was talking about on the other thread about the 125! |

They still have the little bicycle tyres and an end can the size of two fizzy drinks cans put together! | The CBR150 is made exclusively for the Asian market where the laws regarding what you can ride at what age R.E. power output and suchlike are considerably different...hence we get the 125 and they get the 150. Plus we pay a load more for the privilege of owning a bike 25cc smaller.
Essentially the CBR125 is a sleeved down 150 that makes about 5 bhp less and doesn't do any more mpg than the 150. It seems our laws are somewhat draconian when it comes to age and power output.
Hope this has helped, Simon. |

| Re: Honda CBR150 Repsol In theory, here in Thailand a 16yr old can pass his test on a moped and then immediately go and ride a 1000cc CBR. However, the country doesn't build anything over a 250cc. So any bike with more than 250cc has definitely been imported.
Fortunately, most 16yr olds here can't afford to buy anything that big... |

| Re: Honda CBR150 Repsol I own the 125 and 150 , the differance is that the 150 is dohc 4 valve and 125 is sohc 2 valve....otherwise the bikes are identical except for the headlights and mirrors |
