| NC29 Rearset Hi everyone,
Anyone here have changed their NC29 rearsets? They dun seem to make any rearset for the NC29. Only one I seen so far is SES rearsets, which doesn't look so cool compared to gilles, lightec, vortex. There was this guy in this forum, I think his nick is palaboy, who had vortex rearset on his NC29 super cool. But it's a shame he doesn't know the model he has. Anyone else has any luck on this. |

This is abit off-topic, your brembo rear master pump is off another bike? What is the model you took it from?
P.S I cannot find the button to PM you. Weird. |

i got it from a pile of rear brake master from my friends shop, i was bringing my rearset (since i dont know to what model its intended for) and matching every brake master i found in his drawer.
but i believe that newer models like suzuki GSXR, honda CBR, yamaha R6/R1, kawasaki ZX, share the same size of rear brake master cylinder. i have proven already with the the GSXR and R6/R1 are the same, not quite sure with kawa and honda.

. | Thanks for your input.
I have emailed vortex about this and sent them your pics with Vortex (Hope you dun mind), this is what they replied.
"I would email that person and ask for the numbers on the back of the
parts because I see that they have pieced them from a couple of kits and
it's hard to guess without the parts here."
Do you think you can check the parts number for us? |

isn't that you have a nc29? bring some measuring tool and you can measure it by yourself i guess, its not that difficult to do that and will not take some rocket science neither.

| Re: NC29 Rearset I dunno what are the things I need to measure you see, like is it enuff to measure just the distance between the 2 holes, or need to also measure the diameter of the mounting holes to the frame. Anyway, I'll try to measure it and post it here when I get the chance.
And the bit about rocket science. |
