My dad is trying to catch up with me...
He already had a 2000 (or was it 2001?) Shadow 600. Then he just picked up this 2004 VTX1300 this past weekend.

Nope, we haven't ridden together yet. (Unless you count when I rode with him on his first Shadow, when I was a kid.) He just got the 600 a month or two ago; he hasn't had one since 1985 or so.

He did ride my 929 around the block when I went down there a couple of years ago. He didn't like it because he said he couldn't see the front wheel.

When we were little Mom's law was "No helmet I better not see you on the seat!" Wise lady.

Also Dad used to say if he won the lottery "we" could both get Chicken (Gold) Wings and ride, GAG! Of course recently he visited and rode my CBR1000RR and now he says if the lottery hits we could both have Fireblades
