Wanted Pair Valve Info. for Sabre 1100

I have a 2006 Sabre 1100. I just put a set of Cobra Deluxe Slashcuts on. Also jetted it with some Dynojet 175 and 170 jets. Goes well with the K&N filter. I have been having a lot of decell popping going on. Called Dynojet and they told me to plug my pair valve. I have a manual coming. I would still like to get started on it. I have found a valve over the front jug. It has lines going to both jugs. It is taking air from the steel tub (frame) between the filter and the carbs. Is that the pair valve?? Can anyone help. Thanks for your time.
