1985 Honda Magna V45 carbs

I had leaky carbs. I took the bike apart a little at a time. I took off the tank, and some other stuff a few weeks ago, then I took off the intake and then the carbs. I have put it mostly back together. Now that I am nearly done, I realize I have one rubber hose the comes up from the carbs. It is attached to the gas lines that connect the 4 fours together. I don't remember where it goes. It is not the one that goes directly to the tank, it doesn't have any marks on it from any sort of clamp to connect it to something. Can anyone tell me where this hose goes. It leaks gas, so I am sure has to attach to something.

After close inspection, I found that hose to be the vent hose. I was wrong about it leaking. It is a connector hose that is leaking. I am not sure totally why. All the others are not leaking. I have a replacement washer I put on it, and it still leaked, so I will try something else tomorrow. This was quite a learning experience. And how, was it ever. My first time taking this all apart. I hope it works. The thing sat for several years before I bought it, and the seals dried out. I am tired of paying so much for gas, I need my 45 miles to the gallon back.
