cm250c (or a rebel) vibration???

my wife rides a cm250c chain drive and it VIBRATES. is this normal? should I be looking for something broken or running wrong? I mean it is bad enough so her wedding ring will vibrate around her finger and be facing the wrong way after a 45 minute ride. seems excessive. I know it is a small bike, but are the rebels this bad? thanks for any input

I own 2005 honda rebel, it does not vibrate like that, so I would think something must be loose. I mean it it vibrates about the same as any other mc so I would do a check on it see what is causing that.

is the vibration at idle or on on the move, because if during ride time it could be a wheel balance issue or wheel being not straight(loose spokes), i ride my wife's 1985 rebel and it to vibrates but its in motion
