i have a 07 shadow and want to add a cone style air filter and keep stock pipes, do i need to rejet

Usually in the information on the filter, it will indicate whether you can run stock jetting or not. It will be in the fine print if you're ordering it online.

If your talking about changing out the intake to a ram air intake, Yes you should rejet, I dunno about the stock exhaust though, You'll be having alot of air coming in, and an exhaust that doesn't let it out fast enough.
