| Re: Thermostat change If you don't have any of the required manuals, I'd suggest getting one, they are cheaper than one hour of labor at your local shop. If you want to do it without the manual and all the proper torque specs, then I'd find some of those cooling hoses and follow them to the ends. Use the exploded diagram I posted and start looking. You may have to take off the tank or seat or both. I'm sorry, I don't have that particualar bike in my garage but most of Honda's cruisers are put together pretty much the same. Maybe someone else who has that bike has done that job before. I'd also suggest some Shadow forums as they are very helpful and this isn't a very busy cruiser forum. I'll take a closer look at my Shadow when I get home and post up if I find mine. I'll also check my factory service manual for the similar job and post up the tear down procedure. |

It doesn't take long to get to your door either. |

| Re: Thermostat change If you don't accept any of the appropriate manuals, I'd advance accepting one, they are cheaper than one hour of activity at your bounded shop. If you wish to do it after the chiral and all the able torque specs, again I'd acquisition some of those cooling hoses and chase them to the ends. Use the exploded diagram I acquaint and alpha looking. You may accept to yield off the catchbasin or bench or both. Maybe anyone abroad who has that bike has done that job before. I'd aswell advance some Shadow forums as they are actual accessible and this isn't a actual active cruiser forum. |
