Had to work today, but subcontractor only wanted to work til 11. AFterwards went to help our superintendent with some yard work and he offered to let me use his garage to install them, instead of doing it in teh asphalt parking lot at my apt., lol...
Forgot to bring my camera with, so no good before pics, but here's the after pics.....

I went home first and put all the tools and kit in a backback and went to do it. Got home, dropped the back pack that weighed a ton and went for a short ride. Have to admit, I love it

Definately a lot more comfortable for my knees and hips, but like said by others before, it does change your riding style, so have to get used to that, but It was definately worth the $80 or so shipped to do this mod

Took about 1 1/2 hours from start to finish. Hardest part was getting the old exhaust crush gaskets out. Exhaust had never been touched, so it took a bit of work getting the exhaust off, and then found 2 crush gaskets on the back cylinder. It took about 15 minutes with a screw driver and hammer to get both out, ugghhh...... Everything else was a piece of cake though... Oh and I'd recommend having someone help with puttin gthe exhaust back on, it's a bit of a pain by yourself, and luckily my buddy helped me.
