| Re: A QUICK QUESTION does anyone here straighten their radiator fins?
What do you use for a tool (to straighten the fins)? A really skinny screwdriver?
TIA,

| Re: A QUICK QUESTION I like a fine point pic. They also make radiator combs, but I don't think they're much good for bikes.
Just use patience. |

| Re: A QUICK QUESTION I have used a set of narrow needle nose plies to correct a few folded in parts from rocks. A set of narrow flat nosed pliers would have done better & no need of teeth on them as they are made in that manner, but all I had at the time.

| Re: A QUICK QUESTION Either a small flathead or a small needle nose (the kind used for electrical work that don't have teeth on them) depending on how the fin looks. |

| Re: A QUICK QUESTION I use these radiator pliers from Eastwood Company. *They're only $15 and work better than needle-nose pliers or the like, as they have a nice, flat tip on them. http://www.eastwoodco.com/images/P724.jpg |

| Re: A QUICK QUESTION The 'radiator pliers' look ideal as they are spring loaded inside to stay open. At that price they are a steal though know in Cdn they would be twice that price. Still even 30 smackers is not that much.
