Re: Bar Snake and my 929?

My brother and I both bought new grips for our bikes, and as a surprise, he also bought us both some Liquid Bar Snake to dampen the bar buzz. *His Gixxer has these little rubber grommets that allowed him to just pour in the the stuff, but my baby seemingly doesn't have any. *So anyone that's used Bar Snake/Silicone/etc... *How the hell do I fill the clipons?

Thanks

The stock clipons already have a big weight inside to dampen the vibes. If your looking to kill the vibration, install heavy bar ends.

I've never seen anything like that. You should make some.

Re: Bar Snake and my 929?

Both the solid and liquid forms of Barsnake are far better suited for use with tubular handlebars than they are w/clip-ons. Your 929, even with some sort of sealing ring to keep the liquid in, has insufficient room inside the bars to make Barsnake worth your while. Big, heavy bar ends are your remedy.
