I found the article about suspension in Cycle’s Sportbike 2003 real good. Cycle World prints it. I scanned it but for copyright issue I can’t post it in here… But If some of you want it PM me your e-mail address and I’ll send it. Real good tips on how to tuned your suspension.

| Re: Suspension settings article.... I have a 1998 Fireblade and am re-doing the front forks with new springs (Ktech) and oil. Does anyone know what grade oil to use? Standard is 7w, but I was thinking about goin thinner to 5w with harder springs and a smaller airgap??  |
