Gas Light

Has something gone bad, or a fuse, wire unplugged. Thoughts....
I checked what I thought was everything.
Cheers.
Thanx

Re: Gas Light

It could be the sensor attached to the fuel pump inside the tank, or the wire connecting to the sensor could be loose or disconnected.

I just looked at the parts fiche and evidently the low fuel circuit is part of the fuel pump assembly. I doubt the fuel pump would work if you had a loose wire. It could be the fuel pump itself.

Re: Gas Light

YEA, the first thing i would do is make sure the sensor is connected, if it is, then jump the connector and see if the light comes on, if it doesn't then the sensor is most likely good, then you have a problem somewhere else down the line.
