After-market stator covers

Anyone here use the Factory Pro stator covers with replaceable slider? Considering one, but damn they are expensive!

Any other info or suggestions for non-OEM stator covers?

Looking at the Pros/Cons and CO$T ratios between OEM and after-market covers.

Thanks.

Re: After-market stator covers

Thanks for the suggestions. I guess theres no word on the Factory Pro covers? Just as well I guess. They are pricey.

The one from stuntme.com seems reasonable for the $129, but I'm not in to the custom engraving on the cover. I e-mailed them about getting it plain, but was told thats all they carry.

Looks like the Billet-tech cover wins. Unless some others can come up with something available that I have missed. Any more feedback on these? Any one have the privelage of putting these to the test? How did they fair?

I have seen some other cheapys here and there but would rather put out a few extra $$$ if the cover itself has some functions like being stronger, good fitting, just overall better quality. I still am open to other possibilities.

I know that OEM covers are fairly cheap to be had. But I usually look to the aftermarket suppliers first.

Thanks for your input.

I fortunately haven't "tried out" my BilletTech, but everything I read about it says it's a quality made part that will hold up. Looks pretty, too!
