I spend more time at red line than not when at the track. Those were from Sears Point (Infineon to the corporate minded). Believe it or not, I didn't really need to get out of 3rd gear and just rode the rev limiter a bit in a few of the straights. For anyone keeping track, I got a best time of 1'56" for my first attempt at that track.
Oh yeah, I'm one tooth down in the front and went to a 525 chain (I think). The power of the 954 is really peaky when you get over 10k on the tach so good throttle control is key. Here is another shot where I kind of got it right- on a different session at the end of the session I gassed it a bit too hard and with my toe and knee down took the steering to opposite lock spining the rear. I wished they got a pic of me then! http://i99.photobucket.com/albums/l2...s/HT4U2446.jpg |

It takes a look of work but IM me and I will Tell you how to do it.

Pilot Powers? | It's all feel so it's hard to say what you would like but I went from a set of Pilot powers to dunlop qualifiers but I went with a 190/55 on the rear and I will never go back to the Pilot Powers, I just put 100 and some miles on the dunlops yesterday and I am much faster and the bike is so solid, it trun in great and is much easyer to flip side to side is a hard S turn, coming out of the corners I don't slide anymore and can get on the gas hard much better for the way I ride.
A lot of people are faster with the Pilots and I am just telling you what I know. I would go with the dunlops if I get 2500 to 3000 miles out of set of tires I am all good with that I will buy more I ride hard on the street and what traction over distance in my tires.
