| Pipe recommedations for 2007 CBR1000RR Hi all,
Just after some recommendations for a pipe for an 07 blade.
Mainly after sound and looks rather than increased HP.
Thanks
Darren. |

| Re: Pipe recommedations for 2007 CBR1000RR I installed a Micron carbon fiber on my 06 yesterday. The install was simple and it had good directions. It sounds awesome. Alot louder than stock and it has a great low growl to it. |

| Re: Pipe recommedations for 2007 CBR1000RR I've been thinking about this myself.
I cannot make up my mind between a
Honda CBR-1000RR 06+ SLIP-ON MUH89U 06+ Honda CBR-1000RR stainless oval twin outlet $499.95 "Twin Outlet" http://photos.micronexhaust.com/phot...1D-2sm.jpg.jpg
or
AKRAPOVIC SLIP - ON EXHAUST SYSTEM for the HONDA CBR 1000 RR (2006) http://www.akrapovic.net/typo3conf/e...0339ff2eb2.jpg
I am really liking that slip on from Micron. |

| Re: Pipe recommedations for 2007 CBR1000RR I have the Akrapo Hex Ti (carbon tip). Cosmetics are beautiful – more or less same fitment as stock in other words does not extend past tail piece of the bike, quality is of the best in the business and the sound is nice – no too loud yet a lot different from stock. I’m very happy. If there is interest, I’ll post some pictures over the weekend

I'd like to see a few photos mate, I am more interested in the a) sound b)looks than anything else. I have seen too many ugly (imo) Yoshimura pipes just stick out and look out of place... |

| Re: Pipe recommedations for 2007 CBR1000RR Post them up, I don't want a really loud pipe and from what I've been reading Akra sounds good and not overly loud. |

I had this yoshi before I went with sato.. The yoshi sounded and looked great but the performance was better on the sato.. |
