This might help someone with scratches.

I recently lowsided at the track and thats what most of my post on this site have been about so far. With getting new parts how to install them and every one has been really helpful so I am going to try to help some of you. Now I know at least it will work with the titanium color on the 954. Here is my tail before. The camera sucks but I tried to take the best pictures possible.

All you have to do is get some jb weld and mix it. The color will match almost perfectly. Put it over the scratches and take a rag and just rub it off. I only let it sit on for a few seconds. If this has already been talked about it can be deleted. If not hopefully this can help someone.

I have no idea, thats why I mentioned titanium. Jb weld comes with two tubes one red which actually has a white substance in it, than a black tube which has black substance in it. You put even quantities on a disposable surface and mix them. Then they turn to a titanium color. Thats why I tried it on my bike. Not sure if it is sold in Ireland but I'm sure they probably have material just like it there. If you do find something like that I would do just a tiny amount and wipe it off right away, and keep with you a wet towel to wipe off the mismatched color right away so as well.

Re: This might help someone with scratches.

I used JB weld to "cement" a piece of my fairing that had snapped off on my VFR. I think you first mix the paste with a hardener type tube, and then slop it on what ever you need "cementing".

The wet cloth does help, but once fixed its a little tricker.
