| Re: 2008 Honda CBR1000RR Fireblade Photos Thread Rich that looks bloody tight m8.
You have the white version of what mine is going to look like when I pick up from the dealers tomorrow, I have the winning red & black colour with no pillion hangers, single seat cowl, double bubble tinted screen, r&g tail tidy and HRC racing wheel stripes (hondas oem).
I would have had it sooner but some daft prick decided to tighten the bolts on the mirrors too tightly and they cracked the top fairing so I am having to wait until the replacement fairing is put on before I can register, tax it and ride it home.

| Re: 2008 Honda CBR1000RR Fireblade Photos Thread Well I thought I would ride it for a while before posting pics up so I picked it up on saturday morning and when I cleaned it and put it to bed last night it had 263 miles on it going to put another 300 on it today and take it in for its service tomorrow.
The first 2 are as I picked it up from the dealership and the 3rd one is with the R&G tail tidy fitted which does make it look a **** load better.

Russ | You got the best looking '08 (that's not "limited") right there. Is that a Honda accessory windscreen?

| Re: 2008 Honda CBR1000RR Fireblade Photos Thread My mate ( the graphic designer/signwriter) fitted the cutom wheel rim tape he cut to my bike today. One piece of vinyl, he really knows his stuff.
I really like the look. Just breaks up the plain wheels me thinks. http://www.splatty.ndo.co.uk/DSC01694.JPG |

| Re: 2008 Honda CBR1000RR Fireblade Photos Thread Looks really nice splatty, I do love the pearl white finish up close, I was tied between the red or the white but I am synonymous for red & black because I think it looks mean as hell (Red Devil).
I will get some pics of the pillion hangers that have been powder coated later today I may even put them in place (less bolts) to see whether I want to put them back on or leave them off, might give you an idea if you want to keep them on.

| Re: 2008 Honda CBR1000RR Fireblade Photos Thread yeah my wife loves to drive.. Not to pimp my wife out or anything but just to give people and example of the fact that anyone can learn to drive a 1000 here is her pic.. I have heard so much of how a girl can't handle a 1000, she learned in 2 days and has been riding since last year... She started out on my 07 1KRR... She is 5'7 118lbs and has no problem handling the new 1KRR... |
