unplug pair control valve?

Alright I did a pair mod, haven't got a chance to run it still waiting on the correct pcIII. If you unplug the valve do you get a mil code. "trouble code".

Ya just for that mod, but I got a exhaust, velocity stacks, race filter, flapper mod, and the htev mod.
