Well I guess if the you just want a louder exhaust, but you still have the weight of the stock pipe, and I'm sure power gains if any are very small. I would much rather just buy an aftermarket. JMO

at first i agree with Bryce, but then again the savings wont hurt anything and will probably blow out of the exhaust. Still, if it were my bike i would not do it.

Most of the shawings will blow out, the other part wont hurt the bike. Humidity and high temperature changes causes corrosion so the remaing shawings will totally disappear in a few months.

If you are not planning to use a powercommander, any type of slip-on pipe will result in loss of power. So you just have the sound only with an aftermarket pipe. In that case you may try this before buying a pipe. However I did not like the sound that much...

That is too beautiful of a bike to go cheap on. You already spent the bucks for that beauty, save a little and buy a nice after market exhaust. Its almost a abuse, I would call child services on you if I could.

dicedreams2000 I would never do this on my bike. Motorbike is my hobby and I am paying double times for the same bike in my country compared to usa. So I dont care of the pipe cost. I just wandered if someone did this to his bike...
