954 original suspension setup

hello men,
I need to restore at original setup the suspension of an 2002 Honda CBR 954 2002 of my friend. Anybody could help me with values?

Fork preload 7 turns from full soft, shock preload 4th groove.
Front and rear rebound and compression 2 turns from full hard.

Thanks a lot man.. your help will be precious. but about the shock preload, the 4th groove is from the hardest or from the softest)?

Manual doesn't say but I would assume 4th groove down from the softest.

thanks bladeracer..this night I will try. Now I don't have the motorcycle below my eyes.. but could be there are 7 groove!
