| miss when throttleing hard Hi
I have a 2000 fireblade 929 injection.
Problem is when throttle is opened fast it misses ang bogs terribly for a few seconds and then clears and revs fine until you shut off. Very annoying when trying to accelerate past anything.Changed plugs and changed coil caps.

Martin | This is with the revs above 4000rpm?
Is the HTEV still hooked up?
It's probably worth pulling the vacuum line off the fuel pressure regulator and make sure it doesn't have fuel in it.

Dont think i have one on there, as the bike is fitted with a full micron pipe.
Am i write in saying the HTEV is the adjustable valve in the exhaust controlled by the servo motor.
Will try the vacuum pipe to see if it has fuel in it.
Thanks |

Thanks | My point really was is this a problem above 4000RPM? Below 4000RPM it doesn't sound abnormal.
Yes, the HTEV is the exhaust valve.

It's a motorcycle so it isn't designed to accept hard throttle below about 4000RPM.

Or post a video perhaps, although I'm not sure how effective that will be.

Thanks | PC is a Power Commander for adjusting the fueling.
If you post a video of the bike doing whatever it's doing then perhaps somebody might be able to help diagnose it better.
