I wouldn't let Dynobike work on my lawnmower let alone my bike. That place is dodgy as.

I've had no expeirence with their work ,but i have heard some good things and at least they will talk sense to you rather than just talk like they know it all and you know nothing like some shops do.

I took my VFR400 to them for some front end work and to have it jetted.

They put my front wheel on backwards and with the VFR the discs are offset they they were dragging on the calipers quite a bit. I couldnt figure out why the steering felt so heavy. That could have been really dangerous.

After the jetting I gained a few HP's up top but there was a massive flat spot between 5-7K rpm. This course made it fun going around corners!

I took it straight back to him after about 15mins and he started on about how he wouldnt have time to correct it blah blah blah.... Needless to say he fixed it straight away.

The jetting never did come out good or even as good as it was before. Lucky for me I had a whole spare engine with a set of carbs so I changed them out and it was back to normal

Damn, that sounds very dodgy. I know that getting the jetting right with carbed bikes was a pain even for the best tuners, but getting the wheel on the wrong way around? Maybe they let the apprectice loose...

Re: 954 dyno break in experience

Since the website I just found on break-in the bike was mentioned here (but doesn't seem to be posted) I thought I'd just resurrect the thread rather than start another.

Below is the mototuneusa webpage on the break in secrets.
