No single-sided swingarm, and a V5 engine. How could they call if a VFR anyway? |

Here is an MCN/CGI of "what would look like" the new 2006 VFR... Stop toying with my heart. See image here

Bravo if they make it. But I know this is more MCN bullcrap. |

| Re: VFR 1200 ? By lineage it probably would be a CVR....but that just doesn't roll off the tongue with the 1200 attached to it...
Edit: I'm gonna try fixing this one more time....

I am sure it will be because one like that will never be made so no one will be able to crash it. |

| Re: VFR 1200 ? It would be awesome....but I have no desire to own a 190hp streetbike....and I sure as hell don't want to insure a 1200cc machine...
Let's hope it's just rumor mill grist....

What if they scaled the V5 down to 600-800cc's? I guess I'm w/ you about the 190 hp street bike, but man, a V5 sport tourer? That would rule.

| Re: VFR 1200 ? For my money, I'd like to see the VFR's remain V4 powered....
A mildly tuned VFR1000 for Sport touring AND a hyper tuned solo seat VFR750R roadster...
Replacing the Bird with a V5 sounds like a cool thing...but leave the VFR out of it imho....

| Re: VFR 1200 ? What I don't get is who would buy this bike (at least after the mine has more power than yours thing wore off). The market for oversized, overpowered bikes is pretty limited.
Overpowered and small, that's ok...... |

I could find room in my heart for a V5 VFR, if they kept the weight down.. |

| Re: VFR 1200 ? Crack 200? Not likely with European Regs. And a Blackbird? That name is gone right now. However, a V5 has gotta be in the works somewhere. It's just gotta be on the horizon. |

That pic is kinda neat, but it's just a decent 'chop of the 1000RR, RC51, VFR and some nifty bodywork. |

"Anti-Crash" = ABS + Traction Control
