What's the VFR's capacity?

My FJR's light also comes on about that time, although I've gotten as much as 273 miles on the tank before refilling. That came out to about 43mpg.

Re: 202 Miles...

My little skinny tank only goes about 95 miles before the light comes on. Not exactly a touring bike I guess.

Re: 202 Miles...

That's very good range Conq. I'm confident I can coax that sort of mileage out of my bike (5.5 gallon tank), but I would have to ride at 60 mph for three-plus hours to do it and never once dip into the power. I don't know if I have the nerve.

5.8 gallons, with a .8 gallon reserve according to specs. I filled up at 207 miles on the ticker (that's via the trip meter, and not GPS, so it'll be a bit off) and it held 4.7 gallons.
